  • Aadhaar card
  • Bank account details (all active accounts) with IFSC
  • Last year’s ITR / computation (if available)

Income proofs

  • Form 16 from employer(s)
  • Form 16A / 16B / 16C (TDS certificates)
  • Salary slips (if Form 16 unavailable)

GST Registration — Documents Checklist

Business proof

  • Proof of constitution (partnership deed / incorporation certificate)
